Proenza Schouler

New York-based designer duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez founded the company in 2002, branding it by using a combination of their mothers’ maiden names. This touching tribute gave way to an award-winning endeavor with the company’s avant-garde style seeing success quite quickly. The designers’ youthful style and playful modernity found an additional avenue of expression when they launched handbags in 2008. The popular PS1 and PS11 Bags, as well as the Courier, are all excellent examples of the duo’s innovative creativity—a trait, perhaps, they inherited from their mothers.

Tiffany & Co

What began in 1837 as a “stationery and fancy goods” store in New York City has evolved into an iconic, high-end luxury American brand. Tiffany & Co is a luxury label everyone aspires to own. So it’s no surprise that their signature leather handbag line is as classic and timeless as the Tiffany blue. The well-crafted Blake Tote offers everyday elegance, while the Manhattan and Avenue handbags bring big city style to any hometown.
